HOW WE WORK AND WHAT WE DO
Thompson&Stein is a law and advisory firm operating across Poland, the European Union, and the United States. For over 10 years, we have supported entrepreneurs with company formation and compliance in jurisdictions such as Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Delaware, and Wyoming. Our services include company registration, accounting, tax compliance, licensing, and cross-border structuring.
We are a licensed Registered Agent with physical presence in both Delaware and Wyoming. We ensure full IRS compliance for U.S. entities, including preparation of Form 5472 and pro forma 1120 for foreign-owned LLCs. In Estonia, we assist with e-Residency applications and the registration of Alternative Investment Funds (AIF). We also support EU-based businesses with international ownership and regulatory requirements.
Each client is assigned a dedicated advisor. We do not use bots, automation tools, or intermediaries. Our team responds quickly, often within the same business day.
You can book an online meeting with one of our legal or tax advisors. New clients are welcome to a free 15-minute consultation focused on company setup, accounting, or business structuring. Longer consultations are available as paid sessions—either online or in person.
